Team DP6 to work on redevelopment Onderwijsboulevard 256 's-Hertogenbosch

Avans Hogeschool will realize approximately 20,000 m2 of new educational space at Onderwijsboulevard 256 in the Paleiskwartier in 's-Hertogenbosch, near the Central Station. Combined with housing for students and 1-2 person households for Brabant Wonen, a parking facility and a green outdoor space, a campus will be created where meeting, interaction and multidisciplinary collaborations will be activated. The educational and residential buildings will be constructed from sustainable and modular building systems, so that in the future the buildings can accommodate other functions and housing can be merged into larger units. 

DP6 won the tender for this combined commission, with a Total Engineering team consisting of Bureau B+B, Stevens Van Dijck, Nelissen, Pieters Bouwtechniek and HI-Plus. On Aug. 27, the contract was signed and the team started the structure design.
