Schagen chooses for densification and greening with De Groene Traverse

The residents of the West Frisian municipality of Schagen have selected “De Groene Traverse” as the winning vision for a vacant plot in the center. The team consisting of Pentas Vastgoedontwikkeling, De Geus Bouw and DP6 architectuurstudio has answered the municipality's question of densification with a well-considered, nature-inclusive plan in which the well-being of the residents and the population is central.
